Storage Tank Pollution Insurance Coverage - tank pollution insurance provides coverage for cleanup of releases emanating from scheduled storage tanks (USTs or ASTs) at the owner/operator's facility. Coverage includes third party bodily injury and property damage claims, as well as defense of such claims. Policies are written on a claims made basis.
Contractors Pollution Liability (CPL) - the CPL insurance coverage is designed to protect businesses from third party claims for damages caused by “Pollution Conditions” arising from the insured’s covered operations. Mold (microbial matter) coverage is also available.
Environmental Services Professional (ESP) - the ESP liability insurance coverage is a combined Pollution
and Professional Liability coverage form. It provides coverage for environmental consultants, general contractors, construction managers, and various trade contractors who could potentially have both pollution and professional claims;
GL Package Insurance for Environmental Contractors & Consultants - packaged insurance coverages combine various lines with a shared limit and/or aggregate. Examples include Commercial General Liability, Contractors Pollution Liability, Professional Liability and Premises
Pollution. Combining these coverages can create a substantial cost savings for the client.
Premises Pollution Liability (PPL) - site pollution liability insurance, also referred to as Environmental Impairment Liability (EIL insurance) or Pollution Legal Liability (PLL), is designed to cover claims arising from pollution releases at, on, or emanating from a specific scheduled location or a portfolio of sites.
Transportation Pollution Liability (TPL) - this “over the road” pollution insurance covers insureds who need protection for pollution conditions caused by the transportation of wastes or other products and contents that would present a pollution condition due to upset and overturn of a owned vehicle; or the contracted third party transportation of owned products/wastes.
Excess Insurance Coverage (XS) - a following-form excess liability policy responds to losses that are covered by the underlying insurance when the primary limits of that policy are exhausted; it will not respond to a loss that is not covered in the primary layer.
